In-vessel composting is the enclosed composting of organic materials within a purpose built container. We deal in rotary drum IVCs which rapidly sanitise and stabilise the compostable materials, The design of these IVCs enable the control of moisture, temperature and aeration during the first stage of the composting process. The rotary drum IVCs are self heating (through microbial action) and require minimum energy input.

This stationary rotating drum unit is mounted on a pair of steel standards with heavy duty nylon bearings.
The model 616 has a 1.8 metre by 4.8 metre rotating drum which results in a 3 cubic metre daily capacity.
The 616 is ideal for the composting of organic wastes in a variety of situations such as large hotels, schools, prisons, food manufacturers, hospitals, landscaping companies, farms, etc.
The compost can be used on-site to improve the soil in landscaped gardens and reduce the environmental impact of your home or business.
